The $5,000.00 connection fee has�accompanied this application; all other fees, charges and payments required by the District will be paid by property owner and consists of: 1. Homeowner is responsible,for the actual cost to the District for physical installation, box and extension of water line to property edge, costs are estimated to be $800.00 (eight hundred dollars). 2. Payment of connection fees and capacity charge of $5,000.00 (five -thousand dollars). - PAID - 3.
