This is a courtesy notice to notify you that there is a code violation
existing on your property, created by a previous owner. The. violations
are as follows:
Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from
this office for installing and occupying three (3) travel trailers
and one (1) motorhome.
Permits and inspections are required to correct the above noted violation(s).
Even though you did not create this violation(s), you as the current owner
of record are required to resolve any violation(s) or correct any hazards.
Please contact this office to discuss the appropriate correction of this
code violation.
It is the County's goal to obtain voluntary compliance with the Butte County
Code. However, you should be advised that Butte County has an active Code
Enforcement Program which provides an effective means of enforcement if
voluntary compliance is not obtained. Enforcement may be pursued through
the issuance of citations, fines and the recording of a Notice of Violation
including a description of the action necessary to abate the violation.
You have thirty (30) days to voluntarily comply with the above directions
or to present an acceptable plan for abatement or corrective actions to

This is a formal warning notice. Pursuant to Butte County Code (BCC)
Section 41-2, we sent you a courtesy notice dated May 24 ,1994 notifying
You that you are in violation of the BCC at the above -referenced location.
As of this date, the following violations still exist:

(b) 1018 -Inspections Required for any Plumbing or Electric
Installed and occupied three (3) travel trailers and one (1) motorhome
in violation of the Zoning Code as follows:
(a) Butte County Code Section 24-95--U zone allows one (1) single family
dwelling per parcel, g ily
The above violations shall be corrected or abated by removal of the travel
trailers and the motorhome from the property or converting -them to dead
storage.
This is your final warning. Unless you contact this office and make the
proper arrangements to correct or abate the violation(s) voluntarily, within
ten 10 days. from the date of this letter, enforcement shall be
through the issuance of a citation pursued

This is a courtesy notice to notify you that you are in violation of the
Butte County Code, as follows, at the above -referenced location.
Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from
this office for installing and occupying three (3) travel trailers
and one (1) motorhome.
Since the additional living units are not permitted in a U zone, the travel
trailers and motorhome must be removed from the property or the occupancy
and use must cease' and desist immediately and the travel trailers and motor -
home be placed in dead storage. (You may check with the Planning Department
about obtaining a permit for a mobilehome park.)
It is the County's goal to obtain voluntary compliance with the Butte County

To Whom It May Concern:
We, the undersigned, are residents of Berry Creek, near the Sugar Pine Bar on
Bald Rock Road. We are aware of the owners trying to develop a trailer park in the
back area of the Sugar Pine Bar, and would not like it approved. There have been
numerous problems relating to people who stay in their trailers behind the bar. There
are continuing_q_arties,-general rowdiness,.and-ouns..being shot off. at,all times of the _
night. There are also health concerns, as some of these renters are emptying their
sewage and gray water on the ground. We are aware that this is not a state regulated
trailer park, and we are concerned that at this time, there are three trailers and no one
to oversee their actions. We would like to see them removed.

With reference to the above subject and your proposal to install a laundry in a
portion of the garage and storage building behind the Sugar Pine Store, the
requested inspection was made on November 15, 1983.
The inspection revealed the following items which'must be done or resolved:
(1) Verify building anchored properly with foundation bolts or provide slot
type anchors.
(2) Provide additional 4x12 headers across the room to limit the span of
the 2x6 rafters to approximately 10'.
(3) Remove all surrounding ground in contact with the wood siding, provide
an adequate drainage system around the building and make the building weathertite.
(4). The building -must be rewired and plumbed to meet code requirements.
(5) The building must be accessible to the phys4cally handicapped.
(6) The sewage disposal system must be approved by the Butte County Health
Departmenti
it is now in order for you to submit three copies of floor plans and plot plans
and apply for the required permits and pay the appropriate fees.
In addition to the above, our records indicate there are several permits on the
main building which have not received final inspection and approval.
When our Building Inspector is on the property inspecting the above work, please
review the other permits with him and see if we can final these permits. An
additional permit should be obtained if further items of work remain -to be done.
