We would accept the following: 1) Remove the underground feeder to the building. 2) Disconnect the gas to the building and remove the L.P.G. tanks. 3) Disconnect the water line from the building. 4) Remove the kitchen sink. 5) ;-Remo�ve the woodburning stove. If 'you will do the above items, within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter, and request an inspection verification from this office, we will'- se the violation process. At such time as you decide to proceed with the second living unit, you must obtain permits; inspections, and approvals from this office and the Environmental Health Department. I have contacted a contractor and he will help me take care of this matter. Mr. Ron Holland from Berry Creek will be helping me do the work and he will be the one coming into your office for all of the necessary items. Could you please advise me of the first permit I need to apply for and the cost, etc. Do you have information that pertains to time deadlines and codes, etc? I would appreciate copies if possible.
