Since permits and inspections are required by both State and County laws, . please contact this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter, renew the permits to construct a dwelling to current status, submit two (2) complete sets of plans for the garage conversion, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees including penalties. All work must stop until you obtain these permits and are authorized by our field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made until the existing work is inspected and approved.
