Stuart Edell In the summer of 1996, in response to a letter from your office to Arleen Jordan, I prepared a Site plan for the subject property. The project was abandoned by my client for a variety of reasons. A recent application for construction of a permanent foundation for an existing permitted mobile home disclosed the site plan as an incomplete item. The project for which the site work was performed is defunct (you should have letter from Arleen to that effect). I visited the property December 22 to ascertain the physical condition of the site. The site is in my opinion stable. Native grasses have reclaimed most of the cleared areas. The "Future" pad and the "Proposed Building" pad are still barren. The only erosion visible occurs along the drainage from the "Future" pad to the "Proposed Building" across the slope. Eroded material is captured in a basin at the "Proposed Building" pad. There is no material deposited off site due to erosion. In my opinion the -site will continue to revegetate itself, and should not present any hazard to public health and safety.
