Butte County Code Section 24- 295.10(a)8, provides for extensions with a timely request from the. applicant to the Planning Division. The immediate history of communication between yourself and the Department, including telephone calls, a visit to our office, and this recent letter, all indicate a good -faith effort on your part to resolve this matter. Please consider'this letter a formal approval of a 90 -day extension for AUP 96-04, during which you are to resolve the issue of removing the temporary mobile home from the property located at 1171 Bald Rock Road, Berry Creek. The mobile home shall be vacated upon expiration, or revocation, of the Permit and removed within one hundred twenty (120) days after expiration of the Permit.
