It is our understanding that the Sonoma County Building Department is plant inspecting this building for conformance with the 1964 Uniform Building Code, the 1965 National Electric Code, and the 1964 Uniform Plumbing Code. If this is true, we need verification from the County Building Department that the building so conforms. 2. We need verification, by some manner, that the units delivered to Butte County are the same units inspected by Sonoma County. 3. I am returning one (1) set of plans to you showing additional information required marked in red. 4. Should there be some question involving code compliance when the units reach destination, this office reserves the right to request whatever verification might be necessary, even thou*h this may require opening of the finished walls. Please submit two (2) new sets incorporating the information requested in Item 3 above together with the other information requested. Kitchen vent to extend to outside air. 2. Ground type trap required for basin in center bath. 3. Separate equipment grounds fromzeutral in sub -panel. 4. Plumbing not hooked to septic tank. - 5. Electric service to be grounded to cold water system with a minimum of .20 feet of buried galvanized pipe for electrode. 6. Bond neutral in service panel. 7. Provide proper feed and equipment ground wires from service to sub -panel. T.W. a,dre must be in conduit from service panel to sub -panel. T.W. wire cannot be used in the manner it has been installed. 8. No wood allowed within 6 inches of the earth. 9. Debris to be removed from under house. 10. Floor joists on west side of house not on center foundation as per plan.. Provide alternate method. - 3 -1. Need ladder to get on roof. 12. Deck floor on south side of house needs more support. 13. Window screen not suitsble for foundation vents. 14. Front deck in street setack area. Variance must be obtained from the Planning Department, 7 County Center Dr., Oroville. 15.
