the 'Plann'ing Commission meetingo

this use. He read a petition signed by the residents of the area involved. Supervisor
McKillop tasked him if the people had ever considered zoning the property so they would''
not have to be bothered with these requests,
2. Mr. Gary Joyee, he lives across the street from this property. He explained
his objeutlons to the noise involved from this type operatlon,
3. Mr. gert George, Bald Rock Road. He spoke in opposition.
4. Alfred Jatko. He stated that he merely planned on :cutting some lumber for
himself. It isnot going tobe a lumber yard.' As the wood is cut, he will take it o his
orner property: There is no ro=1 to enlarge the facility; He said he hoped to have the
sawing done by this fail. After he fills his needs, he will dismantle the mill and will
sell it.
Supervisor McKillopasked# if he would want to agree to the establishment of
a commercial use. Mro Jatho said there would be no processing of the lumber that is
