The conditions are: 1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists on the parcel. 2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable domestic water are available for a single family residence on the property. 3. Provide traversable access to the parcel from Encinca Grande. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned to this office waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. Any appeals must be made to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this office.
