to the left; thence, along the arc of said curve through a central angle

feet to the beginning of a 200 ft. radius curve to the right; thence, along
the arc of said curve through a central angle of 9° 15' 30" an arc distance of

foot radius curve to the left; thence, along the arc of said curve through a

Issuance of this Cert if:i_cate is conditional upon the following condi-tions
which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167
and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect the public health
and pub L:ic safety:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installation and
replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists
on the parcel.
2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable domestic water
are available for a single family residence on the property.
3. Provide traversable access to the parcel from Encina Grande.

App. for Determination
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held on July 9, 1986, the committe granted a conditional
Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The
conditions are:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the
installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single
family residence exists on the parcel.
2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable
domestic water are available for a single family residence on the
property.
3. Provide traversable access to the parcel from Encinca Grande.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be
recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned to this
office waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. Any
appeals must be made to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact
