Dear Mr. Mathews:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee
held November 14, 1979, the Committee issued a conditional Certificate of
Compliance for AP 62-50-46. The conditions are as follows:.
1. Provide satisfactory evidence to the Butte County Health
Department that a suitable site for the installation of
a sewage disposal system exists on the property.
2. Verify legal access,
3. Verify traversable access.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional Certi-_
ficate of Compliance can be recorded unless you sign and return the
attached waiver waiving your right to 'appeal the Committee's decision.
