McDONALD Deputy Director, November 13, 1980 RE; AP 62-50-60 ApplicaattTon�for Determination At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee held November 13, 1980, the Committee issued a conditional Certificate of Compliance forAP' 62-5©-6'0.. The conditions are; 1. Provide satisfactory evidence that suitable locations for the - installation and replacement of a septic system exists on the parcel. 2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of domestic water are available for residential development of the lot. The above conditions shall be met concurrently with the third condition which is: 3. Follow through with and record the deeds for the pending boundary line modification application on file with the Land Development Section for AP 62-50-60 and AP 62-50-61. There is a fifteen'(15) day appeal period before this conditional Certificate of Compliance can be recorded unless you waive the right to appeal this decision.
