Since permits and inspections are required for the above work, please contact this office within ten (10) days of the date of 'this letter, submit three (3) complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees. A11 work must stop until these permits are issued and you are authorized by our field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made until the existing work is inspected and approved.
