Based on the information provided by Mid Valley Title Company, this parcel was created May 18, 1970, in Book 1615 of Butte County Official Records at Page 402. The County recognized divisions by deeds creating 4 or fewer parcels, if each of the new parcels met the following criteria: -1. Approved access to a publicly' maintained road. Approved access is defined as "Approved access means right of vehicular travel, within a legal right-of-way that meets county standards, to a public street, with entry thereon, over a roadway that meets county design standards". 2. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists on the property. 3. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable domestic water for a single family residence is available to the property. Discussions with Doug Fogel indicate that conditions 2 and 3 can be easily met, however, the deeds do not indicate that you have an approved access to the parcel, notably an acceptable easement (60 feet in width) on Doe Mill Road from Wishing Well Road to the County maintained portion of Doe Mill Road. Pursuant to County Code and Government Code, in order for us to be able to issue permits to further develop your property, you will need approved access to a publicly maintained road and a Certificate of Compliance. LEGAL LOT DETERMINATION APPLICATION SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Prior to submitting a Legal Lot Determination application, it is requested that the applicant discuss the application requirements, County procedures, zoning provisions and possible conditions of approval with the Development Services, Public Works and Environmental Health staff. Please note that acceptance of your application is not an indication -of.approval._ A. SPECIFIC INFORMATION The following specific information and material shall accompany a Uniform Application at the time of submittal.
