McELROY Deputy Director At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee meeting held on June 3, 1992, the committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The conditions are: 1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installation and replacement -of ' eplacement of, a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists on the property. 2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable water for a single family residence is available to the property. 3. Provide two-way traversable access to the property from a publicly maintained road. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the conditions are cleared prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with no conditions will be issued.
