Verify the building construction conforms to code requirements and plans approved by the Building Department. 2. Verify all plumbing fixtures are vented and connected to the building sewer. 3..The horizontal plumbing vent must be vertical. 4. The,gas water heater must be installed per code requirements including proper combustion air to the compartment, vent to be five (5) feet above the unit and four (4) feet from the adjacent upstairs wall and installed with proper clearances, gas connector properly sized, and the temperature and pressure relief valve piped to the exterior of the building. .Verify "0" clearance fireplace and flue conform to code requirements. 6'. Provide two (2) smoke detectors,-- one (1) in the hall access to the two bedrooms and one (1) at the center of the ceiling above the stairway. 0 /<:.:_�7.
