SELLER to establish an unrestricted easement for road and
utility purposes 60 feet In width (30' from the SELLER'S held
property and 30' from the above) and extending from the easterly
terminus of an existing easement, to the easterly property line
of sub±e,t properties.
Should the BUYERS fail to make said payments or any part
therof when due, or fall to comply with the conditions, cove-
