It is'highly improbable that future surfade displacement or ground rupture related to seismic aoti.vi. ty will occur. Geotogid Bond- i.tiohO are excellent for Water Well production and leach line instar. ation due to horizontal stratification and poorly , permeable to impermeable beds, y SOILS The deeply weathered Aiken Soils on the property contain primarily clay and silt sized particles ideal for standard septic -lank systems Referring to State Water Quality Control Board Data it is noted that sewage effluent with 20 feet or more of travel through this,,type . and_ size material will be free of bacteria. Other published data indicate that is will also be free ,of viral pathoge s, With respect to the ,parcel sizes proposed hi the re- zoning application, septic tanks can be safely located on the, parcels; and no contamination should occur to Wells within, the subdivision or to neighboring wells, it is my opinion that Sewage effluent will spread laterally and slightly downward in the iMMed- iate area of the leach line and be used by evapo-transpiratioil.
