Dear/Mr. Campbell:

T,Ie sent you a warning letter dated October 1, 1992 notifying you that you
are in violation of the Butte County Cbde at the. above- referenced 16cation.
As of this date, the following violations still exist.
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain
inspspection prior to occupancy and permit expiration for remodel and
addition to office and plumbing in violation of the 1976 Uniform Build-
ing Code as adopted by Section 26-1 of the Butte County Code as follows:
(a) Section 301(a) Permits Required
(b) Section 305(a) Inspections Required
(c) Section 305(d) Inspection approval Required before Use or Occupancy
The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit
to complete the work and paying the appropriate fees, within thirty (30)
days of the date of this letter.' After permit issuance and field author-
ization to proceed, the corrections must be completed and approved by this
office within the permit specified time.
Unless the violation(s) is (are) so corrected or abated, a citation shall
be issued to you to appear in court for said violation(s) and for failing
to comply with this notice. Upon conviction of said violation(s) or for
failing to comply with this notice, penalties shall be imposed and a ?dotice
Of Violation recorded in accordance with Section 41-7 of the Butte County
Code.
