Sierra West Surveying (continued from June 8, 1995) Mr. Edell said that the applicants have: requested revision of Health Dept. conditions, and it* as felt that since there might be public opposition to modification of the conditions, a public hearing should be held. Sandy Homer said that there is no opposition to their request from the neighbors, The neighbor who could grant them an eas:;ment does not wish to do so, but is not opposed to. their request to - modify the conditions, She said that the condition as stated'in the letter from the Health Dept. is acceptable.
