Sierra West Surveying (continued from June 8, 1995) Mr. Edell said that the applicants have: requested revision of Health Dept. conditions, and it* as felt that since there might be public opposition to modification of the conditions, a public hearing should be held. Sandy Homer said that there is no opposition to their request from the neighbors, The neighbor who could grant them an eas:;ment does not wish to do so, but is not opposed to. their request to - modify the conditions, She said that the condition as stated'in the letter from the Health Dept. is acceptable. She noted that the, property was purchased from a minister, who had received it via a gift deed. The property has gone I.through al rc--zone, a sale, and a foreclosure, and the l comer's. did not know the lot was illegal tuitil they applied for their first permit. IVIr. It was moved by Mr, Erickson seconded by Mr: Sanders, and carried' unanimously, to delete Conditions 8 and 9 and replace them with the condition listed in the June 21, 1995, correspondence to the Mrt.=ers from "the Haalth Deparkment.
