A reasonable visual inspection was made without going on the roof, under the building, or in the attic and found the following items which must be completed or resolved: 1) Provide Planning Department approval. 2) Comply with Title 24 disabled access requirements for the entire building, including restrooms. 3) The rear property line is less than twenty (20) feet from the building.
