Sharing Agreement," please find enclosed a recorded copy of all
five (5) pages.
At the time that this document was prepared, Donald F. Bernica
and Gullvi M. Bernica owned a 112 inte!rest with Margo Gates
and Patrick Gates in and to all of the parcels as shown ,on the
Parcel Map recorded August 31, 1982, in Book 89 of.Maps, at
page 39.
I.n the time that it took to prepare and obtain the necessary
signatures for the document stated above, Parcel 2 of the -Map
was sold to Margaret Susan Robbins, an unmarried woman and
Margaret Susan Robbins, Guardian of the Estate of Joel Alan
Robbins, a minor. The Robbins' name is not in the body of the
document. They did, however, sign and notarize the document,
therefore, we feel that the easement i -s ins.0"rable_an.dthat Mr. and
Mrs. Gilmour do have the right to connect to the well and pipe-
line easement.
