The entire assembly measures approximately nine and one-half feet tall.. Along the west property line is a three-foot bank. On Jop of this Is a fence wh1ch is barely standing. The fence extends alorit-i the north property line as well. DoLh tanks have been painted brown. The tanks are visible from a house immediately west. A house Is of located to the north, but is separated by a fence and a difference Im elevation. These tanks are to be installed at no cost to thO County with voluntary labor at Fire Station #24 to aua�.j'ment an eXisting 15,000 gallon fire protection storage tank. The location will be at the rear of the fire station grounds and, will be hidden by the station and existing tank, so as nott to harm the esthetics of the community. The fire department will commit to of opriate landscaping, screening, and/or paint- Ing the tanks to .lessen the visual/spatial impact. The install,tion of these tanksrequires 6 Use Permit and a Building Permi.L with incumbent fees. I request that 411 the fees for this project be waived and further that the waiting period be waived,so that we can immediately install this much needed community fire defense.
