DETERMINATION
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held December 13, 1978, the Committee issued a conditional
Certificate of Compliance for AP 63-17-01 with the following con-
dition:
1. Provide a minimum of.40 feet of access to the subject parcel
from a maintained County road.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this conditional Certi-
ficate of Compliance can be .recorded, unless you sign and return
the attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's
decision.
