My inspection revealed some blistering and spall ng of the surfaee of the slab. However, the concrete in the spalled areas appeared to be sound, as did the concrete used to create the foundation. I also inspected the anchor bolts. While the bolts showed some evidence ofhaving been heated by the fire, they slid not appear to be significantly damaged. This is due, in substantal part, to the fact that normal anchor bolts are made of low carbon mild steel, -making them less likely to be damaged by fire.
