(AP 63-01-48) With reference to the above subject and your proposal to remodel the existing dwelling located on the west side of Doe Mill Rd., approximately one half mile south of Nicholas Rd, Forest Ranch, the requested inspection was made on March 27, 1978. The inspection revealed that someone has already completed the interior finish, wiring, plumbing and done other repairs without the required permits and inspections from this office. The following is a list of items which must be done to obtain approval on this dwelling: (1) t appears this parcel was illegally created. Verify by recorded deed the legal parcel creation and right of way or obtain a Certificate of Compliance. (2) Submit, in duplicate, plot plans and floor plans of the existing building. (3) Apply for appropriate permits for remodeling, electrical work and plumbing work and pay penalty fees. (Fees based upon estimated remodeling cost for building value, four plumbing fixtures and water supply and square footage on electrical.) (4) Provide a legal stairway to upstairs bedroom rather than the ladder and show on floor plans. (5) Provide smoke detector.
