I recommend that it be pushed back to its original position (f 1 % ") and be braced with a 2x4 kicker in both the lateral and longitudinal directions. Box 608 Yuba City, CA 95992 RE: Electrical Inspection: 4592 Wendlis Road, Forest Ranch Mr. Helder: 1/15/04 Per your instructions, an examination of the electrical wiring was performed on the single-family residence located at the above address. The inspection was performed to determine the extent of damage to electrical wiring, in particular, wiring contained in walls and other areas that were not clearly visible. This report is intended to supplement a set of plans that will be submitted to the Butte County Building Department for a permit to repair the above-mentioned structure. At the time of inspection, most electrical wiring in interior walls, ceiling joists and floor joists were readily visible. All circuits were identified at the main electrical panel in the hallway of the structure and the wiring was inspected from this point until it terminated. Circuits that were not visible were removed, inspected and reattached or a tested for resistance. Results: We identified four circuits where the wiring was damaged and will need to be repaired. Duplex outlets that were supplied by Romex cable routed through floor joists suffered damage at the northwest elevation at the structure. There are two other electrical circuits that will have to be removed and replaced as: a, result of -changing broken floor joists but these two wires show no sign of damage.
