Provide water sapply.and sewage disposal facilities per requirements of the.Butte County Health Department. (2) The building must be made structurally sound, including the.removal of .all poles used in the building for underfloor support, posts, and roof construction. The plywood floor and roof sheathing systems appear to be unapproved materials and must be replaced or covered with approved and structurally sound materials: The exterior -porch decking is overspanned. (3) The building must be wired, plumbed and equipped with heating and water heating systems per code requirements. (4) The stairway to the second floor must be constructed per code requirements. (5) The storage loft above the second story must be eliminated. (6) The building must conform to energy requirements.
