Section 26-8 of the Butte County Code require this acknowledgment to be recorded prior to issuance of a building permit. The
property described herein- is adjacent to land or included within an area zoned for agricultural urposes, and residents of this
property may be subject to inconveniences or discomfort from the use of agricultural chemi s, including, but not limited to
herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers; and from the pursuit of agricultural operations incl g, but not limited to plowing,
spraying, pruning, and harvesting which occasionally generate dust, smoke, noise, and older. Butte County has established
agriculture purposes and residents within said zones and on adjacent property should be prepared to accept such inconvenience
