Pursuant to your letter of October 25, 1979, concerning the abandonment of two
feet of drainage easement located on Lot 126 of Paradise Pines Unit #12, please
complete . the following on the attached petition for abandonment:
1.,. "Get signatures and addresses of adjoining property owners who may.have an
interest in said drainage easement, . plus other property owners in the area,
totaling,five or more.

3. We -need letters from allutility companies stating they no longer need said

This is the Job.my PArtner, Bob Suddr, phoned you about with
the factsithe said residence has passed all building inspections
including,the final one.
However, the Building Inspector could not sign the final build"
ing off on,the inspection card due to a garage eave overhang-I,,hg
into a 101;drainage easement by approximately 15".
I have been working on an abandoment procedure to have 21 of
this 101 wide drainage easement abandoned, and have provided
Mr. Gordan Andoe of your easement abandoment department with,all
of the required instruments such as a properly signed' petition,
$50-00 chec ' k, etc. Mr. Andoe informed me that all is in order
but it would take aminimum of forty five days to complete the
21 abondome I nt due to posting the property, etc.
In themeantime we would like to close this accourit with the
lender, Sacramento Savings and Loan. You informed Bob Suder
that you couldn't sign the building inspection card until that
abandoment action was complete, but that you would write a letter
Sacramento Savings that the residence itself had passed all
of your required inspections.
Mr.Michael'Orr, Loan'Manager, of Sa6ramento Savings & Loan,
P. 0. Box #1129, Chico, California #95927, has assured me such
a-Lletter from you would be very satisfactory to him.
