Fly Inter -Departmental ,Memorandum To: JIM GLANDER, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FROM: HENRY MARTIN, PARADISE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SUBJECT: VARIANCE FROM ORDINANCE #709 DATE: February 21, 1985 With reference to the above subject, Ms. Susan Fouts is requesting a variance from Ordinance #709 for the installation of septic tank and leach lines on Colter Way AP 64-07-7. The septic tank to encroach 2' into 20' road setback and leachlines, four feet into the road setback. This lot is very steep. The useable sewage disposal area is very limited. The lot slopes from street back, so that we have to start on high ground in the front. In order to work in 150' lineal feet of leachline and its replacement, it has to go in as shown. These are the reasons for the variance request.
