one year and should construction be started but not completed by the expiration
date of�the permit, the .permit shall be renewed for z the original Building
Permit Fee (plus a $15.00 "Filing Fee"). The renewal permit will extend the
Building Permit for an additional year from the original expiration date.
Should you not renew your permit within thirty days of the expiration date,
it cannot be renewed and all work must cease until a new building permit is

This is a courtesy. notice to notify you that there is a code violation
existing on your property, created by a previous owner. The violations
are as follows:
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain
final inspection prior.to occupancy and permit expiration for constr-
uction of single family residence.
Permits and inspections are required to correct the above noted violation(s).
Even though you did not create this violation(s), you as the current owner
of record are required to resolve any violation(s) or correct any hazards.
Please contact this office to discuss- the appropriate correction of this
code violation.
It is the County's goal to obtain voluntary compliance with the Butte County
Code. However, you should be advised that Butte County has an active Code
Enforcement Program which provides an effective means of enforcement if
voluntary compliance is not obtained. Enforcement may be pursued through
the issuance of citations, fines and the recording of a Notice of Violation
including a description of the action necessary to abate the violation.
You have thirty 30 days to voluntarily comply with the above directions
or to present an acceptable plan for abatement or corrective actions to

We sent you a warning letter dated September 23, 1992 notifying you that
you are in violation of the Butte County Code at the above referenced loca-
tion. As of this date, the following violations still exist.
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain
final inspection prior to occupancy and permit expiration for single
family residence in violation of the 1983 Uniform Building Code as
adopted by Section 26-1 of the Butte County Code as follows:
(a) Section. 301(x) Permits Required
(b) Section 305(a) Inspections Required
(c) Section 305(d) Inspection Approval Required before Use or Occupancy
The above violztion'shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit
