I Certain areas are recognized by the industry as inoccessible and/or for other reasons. not inspected. Slab floor construction has become more prevalent in recent years. Floor coverings may conceal cracks in the slab that will allow infestations to enter. Infestations in the walls may be concealed by plaster so that a diligent inspection may not uncover the true condition. These areas ore not practicable to inspect because of health hazzards, damage to the structure; or inconvenience. They were not inspected unless described in this report.
