Pursuant to Butte County Code (BCC) Section 41-2, we sent you a courtesy noice dated February 4, 1998 notifying you that you are in violation of the (BCC) at the above -referenced location. As of this date, the following violations still exist. Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain final inspection prior to. occupancyand permit expiration for construction of single family residence and deck in violation of the provision of the 1994 Uniform Building Code and Sections 17922 and 18941.5 of the California Health and Safety Codes as follows: (a) Section 106.1 Permits Required (b) Section 108.1 Inspections Required (c) Section 108.4 Inspection Approval Required Before Use or Occupancy The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit to complete the work'and paying the appropriate fees.
