of September 12, 1994, we are hereby submitting our intentions for the use of a storage building
to be erected on the referenced AP# on the common grounds of the. Paradise Pines Property
Owners' Association, Inc., 14211 Wycliff Way, Magalia.
Upon completion, this storage building will be utilized by the various association committees and
theatrical groups for the storage of their supplies, props, special activity decorations, etc. No
portion of the building will be used for rental purposes.
