Butte County Assessor's records indicate that you own or control the property. On May 8, 2006 an inspection was made regarding the complaint and the following conditions were observed which are in violation of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (b) 4, 6; (g) 2; which pose health and safety hazards to the occupants and render the dwelling substandard. This letter is your thirty (10) day final warning letter to corrector abate the following violation: Any building or portion thereof including any dwelling unit, guest room or suite of rooms, or the . premises on which the same is located, in which there exists .any of the 611"owing listed conditions to an extent that endangers the life, limb, health, property, safety, or welfare of the public or the occupants thereof shall be deemed and hereby is declared to be a substandard building: 1. Ceiling that sag due to water damage/deterioration in kitchen,laundry room, dining room and bathroom. (b) 6 ; 2.- Interior wall base that is deteriorated due to water leak in shower. (b) 4 3. Unless you contact this office and make the proper arrangements to correct or abate the violation(s) voluntarily, within ten 10 days from the date of this letter, enforcement shall be pursued through the issuance of a citation (ordering you to appear in court) for said violation(s) and for failing to comply with this warning letter. Upon conviction of said violation(s) or of failing to comply with this letter, the court shall impose penalties (fines) and a .Notice of Violation shall be recorded in accordance with Butte. County Code Section 41-7. The Notice of Violation will include a description of the premises the violation concerns, a description of the violation, the date of your convictions and the action_ necessary to correct or abate the violation(s). Furthermore, failure to comply will result in the Franchise Tax Board being notified of your non-compliance. You will then be prevented from claiming state tax deductions for taxes, depreciation, amortization, or interest expenses connected with the property as long as it remains substandard.
