Accordingly, the County may not issue build ng permits for these parcels. (See, Government Code section 53080(b).) In the event building permits have already been issued for these parcels, the District requests that those building permits be revoked, or in the alternative, that the -County withhold final inspection and/or issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the dwellings on these parcels until such time as�the District provides new certificates of compliance with school impact fee requirements. (See, Government Code sections 53080(b) and (c).) In the absence of valid school impact fee certifications, the County may not conduct a final inspection or issue a certificate of occupancy for these parcels. Id. The District has revoked the impact fee certifications for these parcels because the checks used for payment of the applicable school impact fees were dishonored by Mr. Haley's bank. In the future, the District will accept only money orders or cashier's checks from Mr. Haley. In the event Mr. Haley pays the appropriate school fees, the District will issue new school impact fee certifications.
