Chico, CA CDS' FIRE SAFE REQUIREMENTS SY r, AP - PERMIT # NAM Under authority of PRC 4290, the following checked items are required by the Butte County Fire Department and are made apart of this permit. These requirements are _superseded and will be local ulations which equal or exceed these standards.
