Based upon the 1994 UBC''section 2326, this building will require a lateral analysis by a
California licensed architect or engineer.
The building plans received'by the Chico office of Environmental Health Department are
for a different single family dwelling. Obtain approval from E.H. for the correct floor
plan. .
This parcel has a 25' building setback from the right -of --way and the plot plan indicates
only 20' BSL.
Review of these building plans has been discontinued for the above mentioned items.
