SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
I. Pareols shall be created pursuant to the roquironents of tho
Stato Subdivision Map Act and Charter 20 of tho Butte County
Godo.
2. Leach lines serving dvielling on Parcel 3 shall be located on
Parcol- 3 and at least 5 feet from any structure or PTOP-orty
mine and out of building setback area. Any other existing
dwellings on this property shall comply with this condition.

Subdivision ordinance and the Sovago Disposal Ordinance.
