All non-current, carrying metal parts of the mobilehome (aluminum.siding, gas line, water line), including fixtures and appliances; shall be tested for continuity from such equipment and the grounding conductor. 6. Upon completion of the above procedure, the power supply',cord or feeder assembly conductors shall be connected to the site service equipment. A further continuity test shall then be made between the grounding electrode and the chassis of the mobilehome. PG&E suggested that we then run an overhead temporary line back to the location of the mobile home. This line to be attached to the many available trees instead of incurring the cost of putting in a temporary pole line. In the Spring of 1981, an underground power distribution system will be installed to serve the adjacent parcel namely. -64-67-12 under a planned PAC which McCain & Associates are processing at this time. I am attaching a copy of the letter of authorization from my son; a copy of the plot map of the property and a copy of the page from the map book showing the above-mentioned parcels. This letter is a warranty to you that as soon as power is made available to my son's property from this underground distribution system, the above-mentioned temporary overhead line will be removed.
