This department received complaints alleging health and safety hazards in the
above listed dwelling unit. The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are
the owners of the property.
I visited the property on September 19, 1985. The following observations were
made which show evidence of violations,of the California Administrative Code,
Title 25, Chapter 19 Subchapter 1. State Housing Law Regulations, Sections 32,
34 and 38. The California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (a) 14 and 5,
and the Butte County Code Sections 19-3, 19-4 and Chapter 23B.
(1) No water supply.
(2) No sewage system.
These conditions shall be corrected as follows, and within thirty (30) days from
receipt of this notice. Obtain all health permits from this department, located
at 747 Elliott Road, Paradise.
(1) Obtain permit for a well and install within thirty (30) days or convert
to public water.
(2) Obtain a septic permit and install a septic system within thirty (30) days.
A reinspection will be made. The building shall not be occupied if vacated until
all repairs are made and approved. Failure to comply, will result in the Franchise
'rax Board being notified of your noncompliance. You will then be prevented from
claiming state tax deductions for taxes, depreciation, amortization, or interest
expenses connected with the property as long as it remains substandard.
This notice is given to you pursuant to Sections 17299 and 24436.5 of the Calif-
ornia Revenue and Taxation Code.
