The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the property. I visited the property on September 19, 1985. The following observations were made which show evidence of violations,of the California Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 19 Subchapter 1. State Housing Law Regulations, Sections 32, 34 and 38. The California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (a) 14 and 5, and the Butte County Code Sections 19-3, 19-4 and Chapter 23B. (1) No water supply. (2) No sewage system.
