RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASE14ENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on November 6, 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California,� and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of..'Hearing of said
,Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence' ' both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement. situated in the County,,.-..
of Butte.* State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
A 10.00 foot strip of land southerly of and'adjacent
to the northerly line of Lot 17 as shown on that
certain map of Paradise Pines Unit No. 2, recorded
in Map Book 35 at Page 74 of Butte County Official
Records, bounded on the west by a line 50.00 feet
