2", which was recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Butte County on
June 10, 1970, in Map Book 35 at Pages 71, 72, 73, and 74.
This conveyance is made subject to covenants, conditions and restrictions
contained in the Declaration recorded on June 10, 1970, in Book 1617, Page 463,
of the Official Records of Butte County, California, and the First Amendment to
said Declaration of Restrictions recorded on June 24, 1970, Book 1620, Page 290,
and all reservations, rights-of-way, easements, bonded indebtness, assessments
and other matters of record.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM, all of the valuable minerals
and all oil, gas, asphaltum, and other hydrocarbon substances beneath the surface
of the said lands with the right to mine and extract said minerals and all oil, gas,
ashaltum, and other hydrocarbon substances, it being agreed and understood that
in all of these operations the surface of said lands will be protected against
damage and that all operations related thereto shall be carried on from tunnels,
shafts, or drifts having their orifices outside of the surface area of the above

conductor, have been disconnected.
3. -Switph all breakers and switches in the mobilehome to the "on" position.
4. Connect one lead of a t,est instrument to the mobilehome grounding conductor and
apply the other lead to each mobilehome supply conductor, including neutral.
5. All non-current, Parrying metal parts of the mobilehome (aluminum siding, gas line;'.,,'
water line), including fixtures and appliances, shall be tested for continuity from
such equipment and the grounding conductor.
Upon completion of the above procedure, the power supply cord or feeder assembly
conductors shall be connected"to the site service equipment. A further continuity
test shall then be made between the grounding electrode and the chassis of the
mobilehome. Upon satisfactory completion of theelectrical tests, the lot or site
service' equipment may be approved for energizing.
