Driveway Standards 1273.02 Surface..All..driveway surfaces. and structures (bridges, 1273.07 culverts and other appurtenant structures which supple- ment the roadway bed or shoulders) shall provide unob- structed access to conventional drive vehicles, includ- ing sedans and fire apparatus weighing up to 40,000 pounds.
