With regard_ to number 1 please review my correspondence dated October 22, 2008 in -Case #CE08-0799 and the photographs of the interior of the Ag Building included therewith. Nothing has changed since the date of the letter. There are no modifications being made to the building. It is not, and has not, been "converted to living space without permit." Ergo, there are no requirements for permits for non existing conversions. Responding to number 2, the wood stove was installed legally by permit in 1996 pursuant to the codes in existence at the time of installation and approved. Furthermore, the stove was again brought to the attention of the then code enforcement officer, Nicholas Hoekstra, pursuant to the above referenced case and the photographs thereof included with my letter of October 22, 2008; nearly seven (7) years ago. As stated in my letter, I have been in full compliance with that demand that I no longer reside on the property. I am aware pursuant to that matter and the correspondence generated therein that I am entitled to reside on the property for nine (9) days. However, I have been out of the country and just returned on May 1, 2015. So I have not been living on the property and have not made and conversions therein; actually incapable thereof since I was out of the country. I hope that this adequately responds to your concerns. If not please advise and provide me with the unspecified "conversions" allegedly made without permit, and the authority upon which you rely to claim that the wood stove was improperly installed without permit. y Rev--Itfury.
