This department received a. complaint alleging unsafe conditions" existing in
your r ntal house located on the east side of Dayton -Hupp Mill Road, De Salba.
On Ma:_,h 26, 1979, the undersigned inspected the premises and found the
following conditions .which are in violation of the Bute County Code, and the
tt,iiforra Housing Code. These conditions are considered hazardous and shall be
co lacted as indicated.
1. Ceiling tiles -were falling off. the ceiling in the nor-th
bat.!.-rr,•,rJr. .
a. Repair ceiling in this bath -room.
2. `s; ..tZht rear bedroom -roof was leaking and the .ceili;.,g was sagging

a. Repair leaking roof, and repair the ceilz119.
3. Left rear bed -room. -ceiling sagging.

4. Kitchen sink - sink plumbing leaking.
a. Repair leaking plumbing.

a. Repair toilet so it will properly drain.
