Is very Important and a requisite.

Ten copies of a detailed plot plan folded 81/2" x 11" shall accompany and be
made a part of the ,Application for Use Perm! t/Varlance",.

Variance" shall be subjectt to the approval of the Planning Commission, or, ;
upon appeal, of the hoard of Supervisors,. Any subsequent special oondiflons
ordered by the Planning Commission Sh011 be made a part of the approved
"`Use Permit/Variance" and shall be binding on the applloant
