February 15, 1978 in Book 2256 Page 620 in the office of the Butte•County
Recorder.
Enclosed also is your check for $3.00 which you submitted for the record-
ing fee. This office has been notified by County Counsel that there is no
longer a recording fee for Certificates of Compliance.
