Dear Mr. Szego:
This will confirm my conversation with Mrs. Szego June 29, 1978, discussing
your proposed plans for a building addition to the DeSabla Market.
I advised that I believed a building permit would be issued.for your addition
if it were located on the same building front line with the store building and
if it were outside the building setback lines shown on the parcel map that you
described for me.
I am attaching a print of another map that shows the building location and the
deeded lines for setback. If you can place your building in this area, we
would be happy to consider such a permit. We would not ask you to tear down
the front of your building or remove your fuel pump islands as you discussed
with me. The available building area does not appear large.but perhaps it
will allow your addition.
