Code Enforcement Officer Frank Cook was at the site yesterday. It appeared that no corrective action has been made despite our attempts to resolve the hazards at the site. It also appeared that the Mobilehome was not currently occupied. In light of the outstanding electrical hazards; the unwillingness of the owner to resolve the hazards; the fact that the mobilhome is not currently occupied; and the life safety hazard if it were occupied; I am requesting the electrical service to the property referenced above be disconnected until permits are issued, inspections performed, and approvals are granted from this office to re-energize the service.
